I am trying to confirm the supported ONTAP version for the 3132Q-V cluster switch. Can't seem to find this confirmation in the IMT.

Just read everything before you upgrade. Depending on changes to the rcf, it may require a wir wipe and restart the setup. Simple stuff can generally be overwritten but any programming of the system requires the switch to be clean “write erase; reload”.
