ONTAP: Network dashboard - need sum of errors over time in table

I was reviewing NIC errors on teh ONTAP: Network db and found that this doesn't really show which port is incrementing errors. I put together a table instead where I do 'sum_over_time' by range. This was very useful for spotting port problems as it's difficult to diagnose without capturing several ifstat iters.
