Good morning, I have an Event in ActiveIQ Evenet Management for Aggregate Space Full, but it is from 19.02.2024. I've added an Alert for every 15 minutes to maint user email. Test email check sent correctly. But the alert itself does not. How can I trigger it to start sending the alerts? (New to ActiveIQ, trying to implement it to my company). Thank you in advance

if you want the alert sent for an existing event, you'd need to mark it as resolved and then wait for the next poll to retrigger it if it's not actually fixed.

it is enough to mark as Acknowledged or I should mark it as resolved?

it has to be marked as resolved before a new event can be generated, which would trigger the alert you just configured.
acknowledged is if you want to stop repeating emails from being sent.
