Our new grid has been up for a few months now and starting to see a few issues pop up. Auto-support is enabled and sending successfully. Being new to supporting Storage Grid, I have a few questions:
- Is auto-support supposed to open tickets like FAS does? For instance, when an SFP failure occurs, etc.
- When opening tickets for Storage Grid hardware, do I open a ticket using Storage Grid as the option and it's associated serial number?
