Hello earthlings! Just dropping by seeking recommendations when it comes to daily checks, monitoring, maintenance etc... Eventually, I would like to create a checklist and hopefully help promote a proactive rather than reactive mindset kind of thing.

Capacity and Performance are important things to monitor.

There are a bunch of commands to show you overall system health, but I don't know anyone that comes in each day and runs them over their morning coffee to make sure everything is OK. You want your alerting to be automatic.

Agree. We have AIQUM monitoring our clusters and all our volumes have autogrow enabled.. Generally this removes the need for running daily checks and pushes back to a weekly/fortnight check.. anything else we rely on AIQUM alerts.

Or you can use the harvest/NABox for deeper monitoring
