#Cannot access Snapcenter UI after upgrade

Today I had upgrade my Snapcenter server from 4.3 to 4.5P2.
When I upgraded it, it had show the message in P1. It is already the newest version so I choose ignore it and continue to upgrade. After I upgraded it, I tried to login my snapcenter. It kept saying service unavailable(HTTP errors 503)
I tried to login using 8045 port but it said

How can I access to the UI?

did you reboot the server? Usually when this message appears it means that setup will stage the updates of those system files until the next reboot
