Thanks for the details. We have had spikes issue reported w.r.t latency (https://github.com/NetApp/harvest/issues/2544). Fixes are currently available in nightly build. Can you upgrade to nightly build and see if it helps? https://github.com/NetApp/harvest/releases/tag/nightly
