Hi @novel coyote , sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. For the system generated ASUP you are referring to being ignored, are those also being sent via SMTP to NetApp?

Thank you for reply. User triggered SMTP is successful , as user triggered SMTP is successful it means it is working good but system generated is being ignored
If it’s being sent to Netapp I will check and update you , what’s in auto support show
