you can start by trying with statistics top file show to see which files have the most I/O
you can enable file analytics as well

be careful when enabling file analytics on a system that is already heavily loaded. The initial scan can add quite a bit of load

I've put in a lot of this content and it really takes you from initial problem to solution the exact same as a support case would. Provided you aren't hitting some bug or something (which isn't very common), it's really the exact solutions we would give you.
