Hi *,
is there anyone how knows how to bring the web service back online?

mycluster::> system services web node show

It's a fresh installed A250 with ONTAP 9.13.1P6
Into the event log I found:

mycluster::> event log show -event *http*

It should recover on its own. If it doesn't I'd open a case to have Support look.

yeah, I solved similar issues with the apache and sshd services in the past that were fixed by replacing/editing the right config files, but I didn't want to try and provide systemshell-level debugging here, especially since you already had a case open 😅
