If a snapmirror synchronous (SM-S) relationship is "InSync", the relationship is current.

That's the thing. The last snapshot and exported snapshot are current times, but the last transfer time is from like December 20.
Sorry for the misinformation, last-transfer-end-timestamp is actually going to be for the last async transfer that was run. For SM-S in steady state, this is common to be some time in the past. So it might have been from the initialization or perhaps the last auto-resync if the relationship went out of sync for some reason.
It should correspond to the last-transfer-type as well.
