#REST API - Volumes with no counters or state

Hi,
I am using the endpoint /api/storage/volumes to get all my volumes and the counters endpoint to get volume counters. I have to doubts:

  1. some volumes have state to None (or no state at all). What does it mean?
  2. I cannot find counters for some volumes, how can this happen?
