Lately I've been getting bounces from Support about full mailboxes and internal aliases not being externally available. Not a big deal, but not a great look

I get them too sometimes and I agree - they shouldn’t be sent externally. @radiant sail can you please have a chat to Ryan M about it? We shouldn’t be sending bounces from individual mailboxes when the mail has originally gone to a mailing list

I’m still looking into this after getting some examples shared with me earlier this week.

nod basically support@netapp.com or some other list will get expanded and a couple of unused accounts will be on it and bounce back to the user
