Technical Reports (TR's)

Are TR's dead? I can't seem to find them, or any replacement. They are an invaluable tool in discovering and exploring all of the new technologies NetApp is adding. Standard documentation is cursory and summarizes functions, but not the implementation. Please NetApp, bring them back.
