#Sending RMA back, no RMA number on sheet

Hi team, We received a replacement hard drive for a filer and unfortunately we did not receive a waybill with the RMA, this occasionally happens but this time we got a pack list with no RMA number, just a 'Manual ticket #######' where it should be, I searched the support site and couldn't find anything regarding this so I thought i'd try my luck here.

If you want to DM me your email address or any other identifying information from the RMA, I'll see if I can look up your ticket. I'm surprised the case isn't showing up on your case portal on the support site.
You can also log into the support site and open a non-technical case. I'd suggest the "General Enquiry > Installed Products" category.

Hi, I couldn't find the case number and as far as I can tell it was automatically sent, I'm just a lowly DCO worker-bee so I'm not too sure, i'll DM you @sick karma with the details
