For a single pathed disk, usually reseating the disk fixes it. For a single pathed shelf, reseating the IOM usually fixes it.

I don't think reseating the tray would fix this. Is there any option short of power cycling the shelf?

I would open a support case - this is not a common issue

Just to close the loop on this, reseating the IOM that wasn't seeing that one tray worked to get multipath going.

We have the same issue with a customer right now. Support told us to reseat IOM, reseat cables, powercycle shelf. Nothing helped. Now we're waiting for them to tell us if we need to swap the drawer, the drawer-cable or the whole chassis...
