#KB search has been down for hours

I've been attemping to use the KB search for a few hours now and I always get "Sorry, search is currently unavailable." "Please try again later".

Searching using the interface that searches both "Docs and Knowledge Base" does give KB results

Just now seeing your message. The search on kb.netapp.com appears to be working for me. Searching on mysupport.netapp.com also works at this time. Are you still seeing the error?

still seems to either be down or not grokking the mgwd log entry i pasted into the search field

hehe... a bit of a challenge since it's on an "internal system" ... so getting the string I used for the search to this laptop externally is unfortunately nearly impossible... and it's quite long

Are you searching from kb.netapp or mysupport.netapp ?

Search works for "normal" strings. If there's anything you can send me that will cause the problem, I'll get it to the KB team. Would it help if I send you my email address?
