Short answer is that 9.10 doesn’t know about A150s, so you won’t get an FPVR for it.
9.10 miiight think it’s an A220.. until you hit a version which does know about A150, and then you’ll have an extremely bad day as you have a mismatched HA pair.

HWU doesn't state that 9.10.1GA is supported; only 9.10.1P12 and later will be supported by that system.
An FPVR for anything lower than 9.10.1P12 will not be approved.

well... ontap 9.8 will SVDR to 9.10.1P12 to my knowledge so this should work
it's a tiny amount of data... but the permissions and shares are pretty long
suppose I was a bit confused by fusion only showing 9.11 as possible for the a150 shouldve checked HWU
doesn't make a ton of sense though sense the a150, c190 and a220 are basically the same box... but I get it... software reasons
