Does anyone know if this tool still exists or if it was wrapped up into a newer Cloud tool? If I have a new storage array (C250A) all SSDs and want to tune for best performance, is their a tool for that or is there still only documentation to read?

There isn;t much to be done performance wise on the C250. Alot of the performance "optimizations" were no longer needed in the flash world or in newer versions of ONTAP. I wouldn't spend too much time "tuning" the C250 but just stick to the best practices. Now there are decisions such as if you should use FlexGroup volumes if your data set will be larger than a single volume could handle but there are still a few trade offs with FlexGroup volumes.
