After Upgrading to Ontap 9.13.1P3 and NaBox 3.3 we have a different size of our aggregates:
Before:
138 TB
After:
145 TB

df -aggregates -terabyte
give me 138TB

Not sure what it could be. Do you have Snap Reserve ?

With ONTAP 9.12.1 the WAFL reserve was reduced from 10 to 5% eventually that can explain it

I think thats not the case. So i see 138 TB like before including snap reserv.
