Based on that decription I can't find anything. If you have the error they are getting then you can plug it into the KB search at https://kb.netapp.com/mgmt/SnapCenter. Or have them open a case with support.
@inner verge Is there a follow up to share with us here?
We've seen a similar issue with cloning in that the SnapShot couldn't get deleted because the deleted clone volumes was still seen in the Recovery Queue. Are you able to manually delete the SnapShot?
