#Why is there no link directly to the Hardware Universe under Tools on the Support Site?

Let me see if I can influence some change on this.
I remember one of the first things I did when I joined NetApp was to get a link to IMT from the first page on Google about IMT.. which didn’t have one already 🤣
Take a look at the dropdown on the support site again when you get a chance, @trim portal 😃
I'm not seeing anything new directly under the Tools dropdown menu yet... but it's late so I'll use a less tired brain tomorrow and try again
Yeah, I logged in this morning and I still just see Tools, Active IQ, Bugs Online Dashboard, Interoperability Matrix ... should be a clean Edge instance with no caching

I can see the Hardware Universe link in the pull-down now, yes
Now try the file upload page as a link, hehe ... I image it's used often enough
for file upload, we'll have to do a bit more assessment 🙂
while you're at it, can you bring back to the old BURT tool? The new one is nowhere near as good as the old one...
