Current available Upgrades in Blue XP are too old: we are running 9.11.1P8: not avaiable newer versions since June 2023. which containing security fixes where we are forced to update according to internal requirments:... please check, why we see only below 3 version and where are the missing newer versions:

9.12.1 Released on Feb 16, 2023
9.12.1P2 Released on May 21, 2023
9.13.0P3 Released on Jun 29, 2023

9.11.1P09 from 17.05.2023
9.11.1P10 from 14.06.2023
9.11.1P11 from 12.08.2023
9.11.1P12 from 06.10.2023
9.12.1P3 from 17.05.2023
9.12.1P4 from 17.05.2023

9.12.1P6 from 10.08.2023
9.12.1P7 from 22.09.2023
9.13.0P4 from 25.08.2023

Are you running the latest version?

Honestly this is something support will have to check on with the backend guys. There is nothing we can do.

If you really need a specific version it's possible to manually do it but please have Support guide you through it just because there are specific gotchas for CVO instead of installing on on-prem FAS/AFF.

We have 9.11.1P8 and there Are definitiv only the 3 Stated Versions for azureha available and Since a half year no Update, so for security reason we will Do it manually over Connector VM
