Hi all,
Quick question. I upgraded NAboxto 3.3 and the latest Harvest. All system running 2.0 and the old nmsdk and 1.0 harvest have been deleted.
i would love to delete the old dashboards in the general folder, but keep getting the message: provisioned dashboards cannot be deleted.
Googled and looked through the faq, but cannot find a solution.
Thanks.

How many files do you have in /opt/grafana-dashboards ?

Quite a bit:

Seems about right. Those are the standard dashboards from the distribution, not "old" ones.
Are you sure the ones giving you errors are actually old ?

Will check and make screenshots on Monday

Here is a fraction of the dashboards in the general folder, These cannot be deleted via the gui (logged in as admin). The message is: provisioned dashboards cannot be deleted. They do disappear for a short while, but get added right away.

Oh I see, that must be coming from Harvest 1.x ?

That is certainly possible,

#

Are you ok to uninstall Harvest 1.x ?

#

This should be able to do it, I don't have harvest 1.x installed so couldn't test yet :
curl -k -H "api_key: cat /opt/secrets/nabox-api" -H 'Content-Type
: application/json' -d '{"package":"netapp-harvest"}' https://localhost/api/1.0/
system/packages

That worked via the api.

#

But the dashboards are still there and cannot be deleted.

ok, once delete you might have to restart grafana

#

dc restart grafana

Hi @hushed wharf
I restarted grafana, that did not resolve the issue. rebooted the server and reset the dashboards, but the dashboards under the general folder are still there and cannot be deleted.

So sorry about that let me do some more research or maybe we can look at it over a teams meeting ?

Thanks @hushed wharf for the quick support!!
Solution was to delete all json dashboards except nabox from the /opt directory.
