"Performance Capacity Color Bands" are missing from AIQUM

There used to be different "performance capacity color bands" to represent optimal point (Yellow), or over utilized(red), but, I no longer see them now from AIQUM (9.13.1). Is that normal or anything can I do to recover the function?

I don't recall a change being made in the charts. I would have to test in my lab. What version were you previously running?
