@stoic otter I see there is already a request open over at https://discord.com/channels/855068651522490400/1145024297778299042 (that is the right place for your request). Please try not to spam the same question across multiple channels in the future. Thanks!
Hello request please arrange for answer for it from your product or engineering team
Document on preparing worker nodes is incomplete. Most of the kubernetes environment are deployed using templates and minimal OS... open-iscsi is not there by default. Manually installing dosent have any sense.
Please update the document
Hi Vij, this is a community where volunteers, customers, partners and ethusiasts collaborate together.

Thankyou!
installing iscsi tools is dependent on the Linux distro used, it's not a NetApp issue. There are hundreds of different distros out there. You should refer to your Linux distro's documentation about how to install the iscsi tools.
Tanzu uses photon or Ubuntu
The certified OS images for worker provided by tanzu for ubuntu dont include open-iscsi by default... in this case what can be done... ? If netapp trident has been tested on tanzu please inform how it has been tested
you can simply install iscsi-tools on ubuntu?
