I've just installed an A300 which was shipped with 9.9.1. I completed a base config, far enough to get 9.12.1P5 downloaded and in place upgrade completed. After this I completed a 9a and 9b to completely unpartition the disks, and destroy the file system.
After getting it base configured again, I've come to see that the data aggregates are not reflecting the WALF reserve reduction as announced from 9.12.

Modelling this system's configuration (A300 + DS224C (24x 15tb) gives me a 263TB usable with 9.11 and older, or 277.7TB with 9.12 or newer.
I know which I'd rather have!

Any thoughts?

what does "aggr show -fields wafl-reserve-percent" show?

#

and does "run local sysconfig -a" show "All-Flash Optimized"?

what does df -A -h and/or aggr show say? Are you maybe confusing TB with TiB?

Just for some closure on this. Turns out the A300 has been previously built and used in a FAS8200 personality, which makes complete sense as to why the extra space was not visible.
