Hi there. Am I the only one that is having issues receiving the free NVMe licenses that NetApp provides for ONTAP systemes?
I am a reseller and hosting provider, and I have requested the NVMe license for a customer and for one of my own systems that I use for hosting... both systems are of cause in service, and I have officially requested these licenses from the distributor (Arrow) two months ago.. My Arrow contact tells me that the procedure is to create a price quote of $0, then I have to agree to this and then the licenses should be generated... yet the process is stuck somewhere inside NetApp... If the license is free I do not understand why it is just not a global free license that can I can pull from the support site... But maybe we are going about this the wrong way?
