Issue: user creates a new drawing\file in AutoCAD App and is unable to save\modify\access due to lockout condition. Files are being saved on a shared volume (NetApp FAS8200 v9.11.1P8)
Action: AutoCAD vendor states version\updates etc....are per their specs. Asked about network latency or GPO changes.....something within the INFRA (?)
Ask: Just wondering if anyone else has any insight for this particular scenario ? Wondering about our ONTAP version ? Any guidance here............appreciated

Can the user access the share and save files with other applications? Is anything logged in the event log when they have issues?
all other Apps are functioning correctly
the AutoCAD App 'whohas' command will show that the user \ creator has a lock on the file
I cannot think of any specific issues that would be involved here, so it is likely best to create a support case to work through this. Packet traces may need to be collected while reproducing the issue to determine if any issues are observed from there or not, as I do not imagine a security trace will show much.
