Occasionally, I'll get a 400 Bad Request from NSS for awhile from Chrome and/or Firefox. From the same systems IE will usually work while the other browsers. Anyone else run into this? I've tried restarting the browsers, clearing cookies, turning off extensions/etc.

Right now I'm running into it on two different corporations' laptops in Chrome, but Chrome on my personal laptop works fine. FF/IE are working fine on both corp laptops.

I’ve got this issue reported to the NSS team for further review.

is that the "request too large" error? if so, that's caused by cookies that are too big. just clear all your cookies (or go into develoepr tools in your browser and explicitly delete those that are over 3000 bytes) and it will work again (for a while)

Our old sso was awful for that.

for me it's always the "walkme" cookies that cause trouble, so I just added cdn.walkme.com to my adblocker, and never had any issues since 😉

^ We're reviewing that too. There's a ticket open with walkme.

Yeah. Exactly why I have “Edit this Cookie “ installed. When I hit the 400, hit the editthiscookie and delete all for Netapp.com then reload

I got an update on this earlier today. It was promising

The final "fix" has been put into place on NSS as of this morning. If the site has been working for you and you encounter this again, please let me know. If you've not cleared the walkme cookies since the last occurrence, it could happen the next time you visit. The team believes that has also been sorted out, but as you (hopefully) know, it's difficult to test every scenario.
