#Volume Mount Failing

Hi Guys
I need some help please ?

  1. I have 6 nodes kubernetes cluster(1x control 3x etcd & 2x workers) - Client version - v1.27.2; Server version - v1.24.8
  2. I have ranchers installed to manage the cluster
  3. Running on Ubuntu - 22.04
  4. I have installed Trident as operator version - 23.04.0
  5. Backend - Solidfire with isci connection
  6. Created a PV, PVC & SC
  7. Now creating a pod to mount pvc I am getting the following errors -
    Warning FailedMount 20m (x146 over 6h) kubelet MountVolume.MountDevice failed for volume "pvc-40363a00-d139-4e08-a721-31c68f92bd68" : rpc error: code = Internal desc = failed to stage volume:** iSCSI login failed**
    Warning FailedMount 24s (x127 over 5h58m) kubelet Unable to attach or mount volumes: unmounted volumes=[task-pv-storage], unattached volumes=[task-pv-storage kube-api-access-8ldd4]: timed out waiting for the condition
  8. I am seeing volumes has been created on Solidfire and can see volumeattachment created on kube cluster

I am not sure what I am missing, any help is appreciated.
