2nd suprise
it looks that our cvo is identified as on premises - why? we are using cvo since 2 years
3rd suprise: case creation is only possible for on premise ontap at https://console.bluexp.netapp.com/support-dashboard/create-case but we are using CVO.... also something which is wrong.... we should update regarding the SMB CIFS patch but now we can start one more time to fix bullsh*t problems with netapp in blue xp as so often befor
