In the admin panel I don't see any of my systems and in Maintenance section, there are no software installed visible
In the GUI, I see Error reading Prometheus: Post "http://prometheus:9090/api/v1/query": dial tcp: lookup prometheus on 127.0.0.11:53: server misbehaving

And I just noticed that one drive is full, could this be the reason ?
there is a problem with Prometheus
Yes if /data is full then it is an issue. There have been some discussion in this area as here
