Hello, I'm interested in setting this up and I'm curious to know how this works if you work for a service partner and have multiple NetApp customers with a multitude of NetApp systems.

I'd say you likely need accounts for your admins in each of the tenants (customers). This is probably best practice from an accountability point of view too - customers should be able to cut off their service providers.

Thank you for your response so from my understanding BlueXP isn't a a single pain of glass look on all our customer like ActiveIQ where i can use the drop down option and see all my other customer who have support contracts through us for the FAS AFF Storgrid systems,
