Hello, I'm interested in setting this up and I'm curious to know how this works if you work for a service partner and have multiple NetApp customers with a multitude of NetApp systems.
Can someone please point me in the right direction on how to configure multiple customers systems

I'd say you likely need accounts for your admins in each of the tenants (customers). This is probably best practice from an accountability point of view too - customers should be able to cut off their service providers.
