Are Technical Reports (TR) not included as part of the Knowledge Base? I tried searching for TR-4616 ("NFS Kerberos in OnTap"), and I cannot find it using either the exact TR number or the article title. But, if I search from mysupport.netapp.com.
TRs aren't in the KB and aren't in the KB site search. The support site uses a unified search solution and indexes multiple content repositories. TR-4616 can be found here: https://www.netapp.com/pdf.html?item=/media/19384-tr-4616.pdf
Why aren't TRs included in the Knowledge Base? Seems counter-intuitive to me.
