Hi guys,
got a question. We are trying to configure our scom as trap hosts for ActiveIQ snmp notifications.
We use snmp v3 version. ICMP, UDP 161 and 162 are open between ActiveIQ and Scom servers, nevertheless as we try to discover ActiveIQ in scom we got "no snmpr response" message.
There is no problem with configuration of netapp nodes as network devices in scom but with activeiq seems we do not have a luck.
Maybe there is something I omitted in ActiveIq config but it seems to be simply straightforward.
Our ActiveIQ is on version 9.9, it is appliance deployed from .ova
Snmp v3 user is configured with MD5 and AES128 encryption.
We have tried to use snmp v1 for tests but with the same outcome.
