  1. Start an update with Blue XP with a LIF not on homeport which causes the preupdatechecks to fail
  2. Fix that at Ontap
  3. See how update is failing with: Error:Operation Download Cluster Image failed with error Package image with the same name already exists - but only at timeline - no update failure information coming in blue xp directly to the user....
  4. try to delete image file on /opt/application/netapp/cloudmanager/docker_occm/data/ontap/images
    does not help.... caused again on the next try Error:Operation Download Cluster Image failed with error Package image with the same name already exists.

sry but this simplest testing where errors like this should be identified.... and the only official allowed way to start updates is via blue xp.... and this updater f**ked up with errors like this...

yes, opened: 2009523735 -i had to delete with cluster image package delete -version <version_number> the package and will try it again today or next week....
Please note, that Blue XP simply goes back to this page "WorkingEnvironment" and does not show any error if an update failed…. --> That is not the way, an update should be handled….. and also that Ontap cannot handle a second try without deleting a package and with no information to the user is not the way, an update should work. this is one of severall hundred or thousand things which are currently noi
