i have enabled smb2 via default.yuml (SMB2: smb2.yaml), is there way to find all smb version client connect and dashboard to update client

Great. cifs-session-get-iter is probably the Zapi mapping for it.
Basically show this data in tabular format in SMB2 dashboard?

Yes tabular format and time series to number of connection at based on smb version
