Hello Michael,

Can you check on this Below volume details.. the capacity numbers are not matching up..
Host is seeing this Vol size as 1.5TB..

Very strange ..

vserver volume size security-style available used percent-used type sis-space-saved logical-used logical-used-percent logical-available
m4i-pr-gcnap-a01-mu pr_muas_web_share 1TB unix 717.5GB 306.5GB 29% DP 441.5GB 746.7GB 73% 717.5GB

Should’nt the “logical-used” and “logical-available” match the Size of the Volume

Looks like “logical-available” is not right .. or the Total Size of the Volume is not showing right.

Have you checked to see if the logical space reporting and logical space enforcement are enabled? It can be enabled at the volume or SVM level. If not, the host will get a variable total size depending on the space efficiencies.
vol show <vol> -field -is-space-reporting-logical

IIRC, setting it at the SVM level is only in more recent versions of ontap. 9.8 or 9.9 I think (and it has to be unset to create a flexcache on the SVM).
