Hello,
i've read on a few occasions that's possible to manually create Partitions that differ in size from existing ones.
I need to do that so i can relocate root volumes to a new (bigger) aggregate because my existing root aggregates are only 100GB in size. For A400 Metroclusters 150GB is recommended according to HWU. Can anybody point me in the right direction or is opening a NetApp case my only option?

I would suggest to create a case. This is really to complicated especially on a production system.
