I know the answer was no, but just to see if there are any updates on that, or anyway can I tell what EBS(gp3 or io1...) and EC2 type I get after created FSxO. Will the number of IOPS I choose in creating a new FSxO determine what type of EBS I am going to have?

I'll let the <@&1024782521902305301> folks weigh-in on this one. With FSxO, it's not traditional EBS in the sense that you're thinking. We do have those options with CVO, sure, but FSxO is a completely managed service. Are you not getting good enough performance from it, or is this a speculative question?

The number of IOPS you choose will determine the size of your underlying instance, but as a managed service we don't disclose much more than that

To Nick's point, if you need more throughput capacity you can always scale up; likewise if you'd like to benefit from the NVMe read cache. And, if you're paying for more than you need, you can scale down.
