Hi there! This BURT is resolved in 9.8 and newer versions of ONTAP. ONTAP 9.7 enters limited support August 1st this year. Any systems which can not run 9.8 went end of support on 31 Jan 2023.

As a workaround, you can restart the mgwd process on the node hosting the cluster management LIF - https://kb.netapp.com/Advice_and_Troubleshooting/Data_Storage_Software/ONTAP_OS/How_to_restart_the_mgwd_process

Thanks @hard arch.
This is a FAS8060. To update to 9.8 I know that there is a procedure to override the ATTO 6500 deprecation but I do not have access to It.
