#LIF not listening on port 443 for ontapi

Hey, I'm trying to set up a mgmt LIF but can't get it to listen on port 443.
Service policy is set to "default-management" so I think there is simply something missing for "ontapi" traffic to be received.

Any ideas of what I have missed?
Something to enable on SVM level?

do you allow application http to login? use seurity login show to check

I'm just using PS Test-NetConnection to check if the port is listening, so no permissions involved

Do you have the mgmt LIF on the right Port? is it at least ping-able?

Yeah, it's ping-able.

What service-policy is on the lif?

do you have a certificate in place and ssl enabled? security ssl show -vserver <vserver> -fields server-enabled

No, not yet. Are you saying it is a requirement for accepting connections even if it is just "telnet" style probing?

This might actually be a firewall/network issue, since I can contact the SVM over https using a new LIF on another VLAN
