It's there another way of NetApp Release 8.3.2P2 sending email alerts ?

Because i've configure the SMTP Server and Mail From into "Diagnostics -> Logs -> Events -> Configure" but I have lots of events but none is sended

ONTAP 8.3.2 is really old. Since it looks like you are using System Manager: I have no idea how the menu structure is in that version. Since then many many things have changed in the GUI.

Not sure if event notifications are the same in that version, but check the cmds:
event config show
event notification destination show
event filter show
event notification show

On the command line, look at the output of “system node autosupport show -node local”

You can get a good look at how your email is setup.
