#Is there a way to change the Site/Location Name?

Hi @mental matrix! This should be pretty straightforward to do.

This article describes the process for creating a Non-Technical Feedback case to help get it done.
Seriously this site names and addresses are the worst experience ever. Why can’t you let us do our sites by ourselves and map SNs to sides? They will take over then the addresses, opening hours etc.
Not even at insight there are people where you can go and let them correct it.
I don’t know how hard copy&paste can be but it usually takes weeks until all is correct - if they ever manage to do so.
And no one is able to help of the local NetApp employees…
@magic jungle I believe what you're referring to is a different issue than the one noted above.
The Support Site allows you to do a significant portion of what you're looking for under system maintenance/self-service. KB article for reference:

I know that Maint site. I have used it multiple times. You are always modifying SNs. But you can’t modify your existing site names and typing or spacing errors in the site names by yourself. Give us a page where you can modify sites the way it is implemented in the maint page and then just link SNs to that site.
Gotcha. That’s a fair request. I believe the process is usually done via a non-technical ticket, but I’d imagine you know that.
It seems like the sort of thing an account manager would be able to do, but I guess that isn’t the case.
I’ll have to defer to someone else for better insight here. I can share this feedback with the support site team though.
I‘m happy to join a short session to show and summarise what I want to do where and why this is a huge pain currently if it’s needed.
I don’t like to open up cases for basic stuff like a site name and email back and forth because they are unable to copy&paste a name or street the correct way. As I am a partner, I could spend months to get this all corrected…
I know there is more to do in the background when it comes to SNs, but maybe this isn’t the case for site names.
