#CVO via terraform : Error: code: 403, message: User is not allowed to do operation

Hi Team,
Based on the message in the Terraform Channel - i am posting the Terraform related query here. We are getting an error below, while trying to change the Client ID of the Connector in the Terraform config. The connector was re-installed for CBS related issues.

@deft lava You mentioned the connector was created. What account_id did you use to create the connector? It should be used in the CVO creation, too.
