I have been asking NetApp this for the past 10 years at least... yet to no avail 🙂 I will however give it a try once again... because NetApp needs to know that there is a world beyond 'Merica! 😉 Would it be possible to have European time/date/numbers formats in System Manager, SnapCenter and other software packages? Pretty please with sugar on top?

@vernal bronze I believe, starting with ONTAP 9.11.1 you can specify locale when logging in. From 9.10.1 System manager it would simply choose the locale based on browser. It's briefly mentioned on this docs page https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/ontap/system-admin/access-cluster-system-manager-browser-task.html
I don't know if SnapCenter has caught up on that though. Doesn't appear so.
Guess we just have to learn mandarin in Europe then? 😂 The localization setting in my browser is set to Danish, yet the dates and thousands separators are all over the place...
But what about the simple event logs then? Here NetApp have opted for a strange hybrid of Month/Day/Year but then 24h time format and not AM/PM... 😉
OK must admit that I got a little bit of it to work by tweaking the localization settings in my browser... so the thousands separator is now "." yet the event log time format is like "Wednesday, Feb 22, 2023, 8:59 AM" I honestly think this is outside any standard 🤣
...and for SnapCenter the dates & times are also hardcoded to US format no matter what you set your localization to...
omg yes, pls just implement ISO 8601 🙏
