When we did failover, it was fine at beginning, then lost 2 nodes as show below. Can you please advise what should we proceed?

Are node 3 and 4's SPs accessible? You can run the 'system console' command at the SP prompt to see what is going on with the filers.

Probably best to open a P1 case.
