Hopefully someone in management reads this; Bring SMBR back; The money saved will not be worth the ill-sentiment from this customer, at least. Slowly but surely NetApp is dropping the features which drove them to the Magic Quadrant.

Yes, that's true, however, I pay for it as part of my bundle today,and I only need to call NetApp Support if I need. Now the bundle price stays the same, but I have to create another relationship and another CapEx to a different company. And if I need support, do I call Ghostbusters? 😉
