I'm not able to add new clusters due to the AIQUM server certificate having expired. Going to the Settings -> General, I'm able to select all the entries except for 'HTTPS Certificates'. Any ideas on how to update the certificate?

You can go to Settings->General->HTTPS certificates to renew the cert.
There will an option to 'Regenerate HTTPS Certificate'.

The 'HTTPS Certificates' is not clickable
manually going to https://AIQUM/certificate just spins the loading wheel forever
